Job Description :

The mission of the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist is a critical position of the company that is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in a company. The position is required to bring a strong employment brand and ensure a strong relationship with the talent available in the market. The candidate will lead, manage and develop the complete recruitment and onboarding cycle in the organization.

Recruitment Plan:

  • Execute and manage the complete recruitment process including job posting optimization,
  • recruitment channel development, digital and offline employment marketing, talent pipeline development, etc.
  • Implement recruitment strategies and initiatives in line with organizational objectives. Contribute to the long-term goals around business and people development.
  • Under the supervision of Manager, research, develop and update best recruitment policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines in the organization.

Talent Planning:

  • Identify and source talent (External) for open roles within the organization.
  • Manage a comprehensive and sustainable talent pipeline development strategy. 
  • Work with team to develop strategies and execute activities linked with strategic goals.

Recruitment & Onboarding Management:

  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Manage the targeted recruitment channels (Portals, Consultants, Referrals, Advertisements, Campus, etc.) as per the profiles for sourcing the candidates for the open positions and closure of the position within TAT.

Database Management:

  • Manage complete applicant tracking systems to track applicants through the selection phase to onboarding.


  • Working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for 2-3 years
  • Degree in Human resources or similar relevant field
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment methods. Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Job Portals, etc.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Able to solve problems independently and should be result oriented.
