Job Description and Tasks:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for followingactivities:
• Lead the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines,allocating project task, and motivating and monitoring internal and externalresource to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
• Provide performance feedback regarding allocated resource working on project.
• Define, jointly with the Project Control department, all project plandocument, including scope and financial plan, schedule and risk managementplan.
• Ensure that the project follow execution best practices and ABB policy.
• Effectively monitor and control project progress and efficient resourceutilization.
• Monitor and control project financial, overseeing project invoicing status,cost, expenses and cash flow.
• Identify, qualify, quantify and manage project risk, and ensure that allopportunities are identified and pursued.
• Capture, analyze and share lesson learned throughout the project.
• Ensure that the project is formally closed out, as contractuallyagreed.
• Drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and itsacknowledgement by the customer.
• Ensure that the project consistently apply contract and claim management, inaccordance with ABB policy and contractual agreement.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procure requiredservices, material and equipment for the project from external and internalsuppliers.
• Support supply chain management in supplier negotiation, claim and projectchange.
• Act as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for projectissue.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with internal and external stakeholderand effectively communicate with all stakeholder.
• Ensure the project follow and comply with company health & safety,environmental and security policies.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 12-15 years’ of experience in project management, site management,handling multiple clients from industry and utility segment.
• PM Certification.
• Should possess skills & competencies such as Strategic Orientation,Change Management, People Management & Intercultural Sensitivity.
• Able to monitor the progress of multiple project and managing the team ofproject manager.
• Good grip in claim management, project and unit financial.
• Exposure in driving HSE across sites and projects
