Reporting To - Regional Retail Manager
Key Responsibilities
Ensure standardization across stores and implementation of retail operations SOPS
Formulate retail operating costs with budgetary control
To identify the under performing stores and develop a business plan to address and manage issues effectively
Effectively manage and review P&L of all the stores to optimize store profitability
To ensure that all stores adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity ,brand standards, company policies and procedures
Monitor, review and ensure all KPIS of the store are met on on- going basis
Coach the store managers to seek and continuously develop knowledge of competitor activity ,local market conditions and enhancing profitability
Mentor store managers on driving high profitability and standards with special focus on the on or low performing stores
Facilitate knowledge sharing and a best practices (Internal and external) get replicated across stores.
