Job Description :
-Achieving the sales target in the assigned territory as per the business plan
-Identify and appoint new dealers and ensure expansion of distribution network
-Develop good rapport and relationship with existing dealers and distributors
-Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of milk
-Conduct marketing activities in the retail and Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes segment to build brand visibility
-Address Customer Complaints and take necessary measures to reduce the same
-Responsible for sales realization against supplies to distributors and dealers
-Present relevant sales reports on periodical basis
