Job Description :

-Managing IT related requests/queries.

-Attending to IT Help Desk calls, within the SLA.

-Good hold on English language, both written and verbal.

-Accurately Identify, Resolve or Delegate issues reported by staff via Email/Phone/Chat.

-Knowledge on ServiceNow ticketing tool.

-Providing timely and accurate. Knowledge transfer, processing, delegation or resolution - on a consistent basis.

-Working on all open, team assigned requests at least once a day.

-Updating the hardware/software inventory and User configuration details.

-Coordinate with Offshore team on various operational support issues.

-Relays, collects and exchanges information daily with all GA staff and management.

-User Management Active Directory and Office 365

-Email and Mailbox management Users, Distribution List, License etc.

-Email routing management Queues monitoring, Anti-Spam, Antivirus, etc.

-Remote Access F5 SSL Portal

-Citrix Remote Applications

-Microsoft Office Applications - Outlook and Skype for Business

-SAP Basis related task

-Users management in SAP Environments

-Printer management
