-C# and .NET (6 + years), ASP.NET MVC and HTTP protocol, typical application patterns in an MVC application [Areas, Html helpers, Razor Views, Bundling and Minification
-SOLID design principles and Dependency injection with Unity and related concepts like Service Locator, Object lifetimes, container build-up and tear down, knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture with some experience working in a system that uses REST-based web services it will give you a head start.
