Job Description :
*Daily administration and support of Salesforce not only limited to integrations but also managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations, reports & dashboards.
* Working with management, strategic planning, analysis of staff and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation and triggers.
*Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features, its functionality and also providing recommendations for process improvements.
*Train new and existing users on how to use related applications.
*Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
*Provide application users with technical support.
*Logging and tracking identified system problems through resolution.
*Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools;
*Experience with programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Java, Apex.
*Lightning experience is must.
*Sales cloud experience is must.
