Job Description :
1.Support the recruitment of CSS, GCSS, TL, HCRC, BM across all products i.e. Dr. AG, EC, SSD, FDO, FBP.
2.Ensure that the On-Roll is at the optimum of 90% through-out the year.
3.To create professional Tie-ups with multiple agencies for sourcing prospective agencies.
4.Ensuring retention of eurochamps in-coordination with TL, HCRC, BM, DDSM.
5.To carry out analysis of Exit Interview and share the study with Sales Leaders, Region Head HR and National Head HR
6.To co-ordinate and ensure the completion of NEO and Graduation Ceremony for all new Eurochamps.
7.To co-ordinate on the induction of newly promoted GL, TL and HCRC.
8.To carry out short soft skill training programs for CSS, GCSS, TL.
9.To co-ordinate on LDC and YLDP programs as well as monitor progress of Leaders.
10.To visit atleast 3 CRCs a month and carry out a Health of CRC study through HR Survey.
11.To engage with CSS whose length of service is upto 3 months and upto 6 months.
12.To track the performance of all the new CSS for date of joining and identify potential employees for the next level.
13.Work with the divisional and SBU Head on PRDP, analyze data to identify high / poor performers and suggest and work on corrective action.
14.To share PCI report and major challenges in CRC with SBU Head HR.
15.To create Pride in CRC by celebrating Birthdays, Long Service awards.
16.To carry out 360 degree engagement activity as per engagement calendar.
17.To encourage the enrolment of OYBS & RWP explaining its benefits.
a)To comply with all statutory compliances on time for the area.
b)To ensure all TAT matrix is adhered on time
