Job Description :
-Monitor and improvise the key business metrics & KPIs to detect errors / warnings early in the lifecycle and proactively provide a solution
-Design and set - up monitoring solutions for enterprise business applications in public and private cloud
-Deploy and maintain agent - based monitoring solutions
-Monitor performance and availability of all web & mobile sites managed by the support team and report to top management on a daily basis
-Configure alerts and set - up thresholds for measures
-Create / update queries to review logs through Kibana and log JIRA tickets
-Collaborate with other stakeholders in the engineering and product management team to identify and resolve issues
-5 - 7 years of total IT industry experience
-Hands - on working experience in monitoring B2B or B2C websites (ecommerce , real estate , etc.)
-Familiar with one or more Monitoring Tools like:
-Zabbix
-Kibana Dashboard
-Google Analytics
-Cronhub
-Experience in monitoring Cron jobs , Data pipeline logs , Service (SOA) level logs , Lead Management issues (lead forms and lead process)
-Demonstrated expertise in Agile software development methodology
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
