Job Description :
1.Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program;
2.Counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
3.Conducting orientation and training programs.
4.Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
5.Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers; scheduling management conferences with employees;
6.Hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
7.Maintains employee benefits programs; directing the processing of benefit claims;designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
8.Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
9.Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
10.Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
11.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
12.Post line manager selection, doing the documentation process for selected candidates, negotiating offer and rolling out offers. Post offer acceptance communicating to the candidates on induction day and joining formalities. During all these transactions maintaining an overall good candidate experience.
13.Good knowledge of various HR systems and processes. Knowledge of applicable labor laws will be an advantage.
