BE, B. Tech. or MBA (IT/Systems) from a reputed institute.
Industry Experience
Minimum 6-8 years of progressive information technology experience with full application development life cycle and systems integration experience
6+ years of experience in development of complex systems based on J2EE framework.

Mandate Skills
Experience with change management processes
Aware of the Software Development Life Cycle and Quality concepts
Ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
UI Technologies: JSP, Bootstrap, java script, jquery, AJAX ,HTML, CSS, experience on either Angular 2+/React will be nice to have.
Back end Technologies : Java 1.8, J2EE, SOA ( SOAP and REST webservices),Hibernate/JPA, Spring MVC Spring-Data, Automation unit testing using Selenium, JUNIT4, Mocking, MQ, XML, XSLT, , Enterprise Service Bus, SQL , DB2,Mainframe
DevOps Tools: Maven. Git with Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube
Hands on experience in Tomcat or Weblogic/Websphere servers
