Handling LTS/wage Negotiation, Union Management, grievance handling and discipline Management.

Maintaining external industrial relations with local community.

Stakeholder management to liaison with govt. authorities.

Developing and implementing employee friendly policies.

Driving Programs to Control Attrition and Absenteeism

Performance Management ,L&D and OD initiatives on grievance redressal

Involve/engage employees through 5S, Kaizen, 3M and quality Circle.

Compliance under POSH Act

Daily monitoring Time Office/salary Related issues

Implementing LTS terms & conditions and educating workers to comply with LTS terms & condition


Required Candidate profile


Should have 10 to 15 years experience.


Should have educational qualification MSW / MBA- HR/IR


Should be in the age group of 35-45yrs


Should have exposure in Tractor Manufacturing, Auto Industry or Manufacturing industry


Salary: INR 22,50,000 - 25,00,000 PA.
