Job brief:- 

Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. 

As a team leader, he/she will be the contact point for all team members. 

Excellent communication skills written and verbal both as the role is with direct client/vendors interaction. 

Should be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. 


Responsibilities:- 

Collect and analyze data to detect deficient. Control errors and duplicate invoice/payment documents.

Prepare detailed reports on audit findings.

Supervise auditing of establishments, and determine scope of investigation required.

Examine records and audit documents to ensure we are following as per the SOP

Review and verify invoices and check requests

Sort and match invoices 

Prepare, analyze process reports & take necessary actions.

Prepare and perform check runs

Produce monthly reports.

Provide supporting documentation for audits

Handling customer escalations. Doing RCA and conducting CA-PA.
