Job Description :
-Maintenance and monitoring of cloud servers and systems.
-Logging the queries of customers and employees.
-Diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults.
-Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, in order to set up a system or fix a
fault.
-Provides answers to client by identifying problems, researching answers, guiding client
through corrective steps.
-Help customers troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the software and provide
actionable tips to resolve the problem.
-To co - ordinate with customer support team & resolve technical issues.
