Job Description :
-Provide counselling to the walk in customers
-Achieve enrolment through Counselling.
-Generate walk-ins from telephonic lead, leads for other sources and referrals.
-Mobilize the student groups for Career Launcher initiatives and programmes
-Responsible for operations processes / formalities at the center.
-Responsible for driving business for the assigned center.
-Hard core sales with generating walk-ins at center through ATL promotion and local
marketing.
-Proactively up-selling and cross-selling relevant product.
-Comply with the batch plan and effectively communicate the schedule of batches to
students and parents.
-Capturing accurate client information on inquiry form and timely entering the same in the
system.
-Ensure KYC compliance of the enrolled students.
-Proper maintenance of inventory and timely issue of kits to students.
-Share information on various courses, test prep products, application process, and deadline
on proactive basis.
-Experience in Test Prep and admission consulting is must.
