Job Description :
-Calling to leads and convert them into sales
-Book appointment, reply to all queries of customer (Pre-sales & Post Sales)
-Proactively follow up the leads
-Maintain accurate and detailed records of call made and result achieved
-Sending daily sales report to Director
-Giving updated telecalling data for analysis every day
-Work with marketing team to achieve monthly target
-Co-ordinate effectively with all departments of Dezire to ensure customer requirements are
met
-Attend monthly review meeting with Director to update information and discuss issues if any
-Handling customer complaint patiently and effectively
-Record details of every call with detail notes
-Maintaining and updating MIS (Management Information System) and provide inputs to top
management to forecast future sales
-Escalate and solve technical issues immediately with the help of technical team
-Ask for reference from current client.
