-Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, or MCA.
-Strong at software development, with good understanding of SDLC and the methodologies
like waterfall, agile etc.
-Strong at Object Oriented Programming, Core Java, Hibernate etc.
-Strong at generating quality and effective code and at conducting code reviews.
-Exposure to UI technologies like HTML, JSP, Java Script, JQUERY, AJAX, CSS etc.
-Strong at RDBMS and DB Programming, and at the technologies Oracle, SQL Server.
