-3 to 8 years of Insurance & IT experience.
-Excellent Knowledge of P&C Insurance domain (both personal and commercial).
-Experience in implementing Policy Administration, Rating, and Underwriting modules.
-Willingness to travel as needed.
-Good understanding of systems and emerging technologies/ trends impacting the insurance
industry.
-Exposure to Insurance Industry models such as IBM IAA and ACORD.
-Excellent communication skills with a passion for resolving customer problems.
-Ability to work in close collaboration with other teams.
-Good team management skills.
