Job Description :
1. To purchase machined components / fabricated components both with material / Job work.
2. Purchase of castings including machining.
3. Floating of enquiry, drawing and get offer.
4. Make CS, negotiate and take approval.
5. Preparation of order and PO approval.
6. Sending of PO to supplier .
7. Follow up with supplier to deliver material in time.
8. To solve all issues regarding to technical, quality terms and conditions of vendor.
9. Maintaining of purchase order / Rate contracts for repetitive items / work orders.
10. Preparation of dept MIS, weekly and monthly reports.
11. Inter-Unit orders.
12. Coordinate with SCM for new part / vendor development.
