Job Description :
1. Complete coordination of the projects.
2. Making and maintaining an updated rolling Production plan.
3. Upon release of manufacturing clearances, raising of the overall project schedule.
4. Capacity and Cost center plan monitoring.
5. Coordination with Marketing, Design, Purchase & Manufacturing to ensure the schedule.
6. Updating/reviewing shortage list from SAP/respective planners to ensure the follow ups.
7. Reviewing the schedule with Manufacturing HOGs to ensure the OTDs.
8. Should be able to provide planned vs actual status and various required MIS.
9. Coordinating with Commercial for the Vehicle.
10. Coordinating for inter unit transfers along with respective PPC person.
11. Making of PRs in the absence of the group PPC person.
12. Providing the readiness and inspection call schedules to Marketing.
13. Know how about the costing of the product and equipment is mandatory.
14. Should be aware about the processes, Routing techniques, Production order etc.
