Job Description :
-Any graduate or post graduate (education in IT will be an added advantage)
-Candidate with working knowledge of MS Office, MS Visio, and Snag IT or similar tools will be preferred
-Interpret complex software designs and un-clear client’s requirements and define them precisely in a document
-Review documents describing the proposed functionality and identify gaps, if any, between the proposed and desired
functionality
-Keeping in mind the background of target audience, write manuals for end-users explaining the use of a particular
feature/module
-Create documents and presentations for new hires to explain the configuration of various setups of the application to
achieve the desired results
-Guide existing resource with the basics of writings so as to improve the overall quality of technical documents
-Help in the establishment and enforcement of the standards for Technical Writing
