Job Description :
-Responsible for new business development and performance of sales activities in assigned market
-Handle prospect research and lead qualification for IT Services and Support Activities
-Initiate contact and make first level presentations
-Close large contracts and track & meet quarterly sales targets
-Coordinate with different departments to propose most appropriate solution to clients
-Manage customer escalations and client visits to ensure that all needs / expectations are met
-Monitor, evaluate and report on individual accounts and market progress vis a vis targets
-Plan and implement marketing strategies
