Job Description :
-OS Installation: Windows, Mac, Linux.
-Strong Troubleshooting knowledge in Windows/Linux Environment Desktop, Laptops and networking.
-Drivers: installation, updating, troubleshooting, error and compatibility handling
-Recovery: system restore, deleted files recovery, partition handling and backup
-Windows Registry, defrag tools and boot up configuration.
-Hands-on experience server and network monitoring.
-Working knowledge of Virtualization tools and technology.
-Good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SAMBA, LDAP, Web server, Apache, IIS, WDS and user management.
-Good knowledge of LAN, WAN and networking devices like router, switch and firewall.
-Strong experience of server and network log monitoring and troubleshooting.
-Hand-on experience in Linux/Unix and any security tool will be added advantage.
-Working Experience in 24x7 environment.
-Good communication skill.
