Job Description :
-3+ year(s) experience in Services and Support roles, such as Customer Success, Inside Sales and/or Consulting
-Exceptional organizational and time management skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong phone presence and ability to dial dozens of calls per day
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
-Proven coordination skills
-Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus
-Expertise with MS Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community
-BBA/MBA or equivalent
