Job Description :
1. Candidate has to handle End to End Recruitment.
2. Interviewing and testing job seekers.
3. Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants.
4. Screening and short listing candidates for employers to interview.
5. Building relationships with employees and job seekers.
6. Recruiting candidates for different positions.
7. Understanding the JD and working upon the company needs.
8. Scheduling for the interview.
9. Conduct Joining & Exit formalities.
10. Preparation of Offer Letters & Appointment Letter
11. Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)
12. Recording attendance of all employees on daily basis
13. Leaves Management
14. Prepare final salary sheet with calculation of advance, deductions etc.
15. Should have to deal with Employee Engagement
