Job Description :
-Responsible for all sales and marketing activities of the company.
-Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
-Plan and develop a system to meet the overall team targets.
-Identify sales prospects and contact them for further discussions, document the same.
-Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
-The additional responsibilities include follow up on collection for payment, on the job training for the new sales recruits
in the team.
-Other than the above you should be an excellent communicator, be able to respond well to work pressure, think
creatively, motivate and inspire the team to meet the set targets.
-Two wheeler is a must.
