Job Description :
1. Developments and implements aggressive sales plans for a particular region. Monitors progress toward meeting the plans requirements including the individual representatives contribution.
2. Increases sales volume through sales efforts and by assisting Sales Team in field.
3. Review market analyses to determine distribution / market penetration. He is accountable for customer satisfaction and overall regional performance. Ensure customer distribution / market penetration goals are met and exceeded through on-going contact with channel partners.
4. Assures that Sales team understand and adhere to all standards, policies, and procedures.
5. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with Sales team through leadership skill, supervision and training & development of sales team.
