Job Description :
-Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience (experience in lead generation function for IT companies) (Fresher may
apply).
-Domain familiarity and Consultative sales focus.
-Develop email and calling campaign strategy.
-Cold call prospective leads.
-Follow up on warm leads.
-Independently handle first level of conversation on chosen services.
-Convert hot leads into face to face or telephonic meetings.
-Lead qualification.
-Build a lead pipeline.
-Must be technically savvy (fair understanding of IT industry, typical services, client expectations, how deals are
structured).
-General understanding of the market customers & competitors.
-Contact database management contact qualification, classification, communication and updates (using CRM tool).
Participate (with field sales) in nurturing leads to generate further sales opportunities.
