 and overcome objections.

-Any graduate

-2 + years of experience in Technical/ Chat/ Email support role

-Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)

-Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, Acrobat and database management skills

-Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, punctual, dependable, and professional

-Experience working with CRM systems preferred but not required
