Job Description :

-Troubleshooting and resolving software issues

-Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues

-Respond to customer issues via internal ticketing system

-Coordinating industry conventions and events

-Installation and training of new customers

-Provide after-hours support as needed

-Configuration and shipping of hardware as needed

-Perform other duties as assigned and necessary

-Fluency in English

-Verbal and written communication skills

-Professional personal presentation

-Windows XP and Windows 7 proficiency

-Customer service orientation

-Basic working knowledge of Windows Servers (2003, 2008 R2)
