This leadership role within the EBS Finance and Procurement IT organization supporting the IT systems powering Microns multi-billion-dollar semiconductor supply chain. This position leads our internal consulting team of IT specialists tasked with leveraging technology and process innovations to improve Microns Finance and Procurement functions. This team is on the front line, tackling the latest business challenges, framing solution options and ultimately partnering with Finance and Procurement business teams for implementation and realization. In this leadership-by-example position, you will be expected to get develop a high performing team that delivers high value portfolio of work, while working with senior management to help define the broader strategy. The ideal candidate will have the vision to translate business need into system capability while providing the leadership to see solutions through to delivery.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide expert architectural, functional and process guidance on approach and capabilities
Partner with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Planning leadership to understand capability needs and to improve the overall efficiency
Partner with architects to maintain a 3-year roadmap addressing capabilities to enable the Procurement and Finance business areas.
Develop and Manage a team of Business Analysts and Software Engineers.
Deliver large scale, high-value projects within an established delivery methodology.
Work within cross-functional teams (Operations areas, IT, PMO) to drive successful deployments.
