Job Description :

oTo work closely with the Operations Team to ensure successful smooth delivery of client services.

oEnsure quality control of all sales output pertaining to customer acquisition and service delivery

oEstablish and monitor performance reporting systems 

oCoordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organizations planning efforts. As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the firm.

oImplements enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. Monitors the assigned sales organizations compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data. 

oBuilds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.

oTo regularly report achievements versus budget forecasts to the Senior Management Team.

oTo manage the Market Excellence/Intelligence process; gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future trends, to support sales campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

-MBA in Sales & Marketing(Preferably from a reputed Institute)

-10 + years of industrial experience . 

-Preferred experience in flexible packaging industry

-Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization

-Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team

-Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

-Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanor

-Diplomatic and negotiating skills with the ability to work with initiative and maturity

-Willingness to work flexibly and in particular be available for client contact.

-A creative, lateral thinker and energetic team player with a high level of enthusiasm.
