Job Description :
-5+ years professional software & macro development experience; preferably in enterprise applications/software/macro products for internal customers for the serving organization.
-Hands on experience in programming languages such as .Net, with databases such as SQL Server
-Developed complex SQL/ VBA queries using various joins and developed various dynamic VBA/SQL (Sub queries and Join conditions, correlated sub queries, Database creation, Tables and indexes creation) for optimum performance over large datasets.
-Develop macros using Microsoft Office suite of programs to enable operations/ clients to work more effectively.
-Develop code which is clear, concise, and technically correct.
-Ensure coding, testing and documentation tasks are successfully performed for new application development as well as enhancements to existing system functionalities.

Technical
-Candidate should be good in programming (SQL, ASP .NET, VB.NET, VBA, C-sharp, C++) and database development (SQL/MYSQL Server/Access).
-The Candidate should be able to handle large databases and be able to design and implement automation of manual processes.
Non-Technical
-Must have prior work experience of developing enterprise applications/ software/ macros in previous/current organization.
-Having experience of coaching, mentoring team on technical/business specific aspects & motivating team members to continuously deliver quality deliverables
-Having experience of monitoring project status, prepare status reports, maintain timesheets, project review report, onsite/offshore coordination, employee rotation, adherence to quality processes/standards, handle customer interface, review customer satisfaction, & take sign off from customer upon project completion.
-Proven ability in understanding customer requirements and crafting targeted solutions that address these requirements.
-Willingness to improve yourself and fellow team members in relevant technologies
-Capable of working as part of a team, the ability to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadlines is highly required
-Excellent written & verbal Communication Skills and Presentation Skills
-Exposure to communicating with clients
