Job Description :
The position shall be responsible for leading the eProcurement role under Indirect Procurement COE Team, for PAN India locations (Offices & Manufacturing sites) by ensuring proper implementation, adoption and support of eProcurement tool at organizational level and also by leading Master Data Management.
eProcurement:
Lead eProcurement Tool integration with ERP as and when required.
Demonstrate knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and ability to utilize e-Procurement tools such as electronic auctions and supplier portals.
Develop a sound understanding of the organizational policies, procedures and eProcurement tools and implement it on a day to day basis.
Provide technical assistance on eProcurement tools to Stakeholders.
Take ownership of issues until they are successfully resolved. Ensuring the timely resolution to meet our Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
Deliver eProcurement tool training to vendors and internal stakeholders.
Practice process improvements as and when required.
Master Data Management: Lead MDM (Data mining, classification, data cleanup, creation, validation, integration). Manage the creation of master data (vendor, material etc.) and drive projects to implement master data improvements. Develop Master Data related policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits, prepare audit and performance reports on regular intervals. Conduct regular reporting related to quality of data.
Procurement Operations & Sourcing Support:
Oversee, control and guide on documents for Sourcing events (RFI/RFQ/RFP/eAuctions)
Responsible for Supplier / Vendor registration process and Helpdesk.
Catalogue / Punch-outs.
Contract management.
Support in spot-buys.
MIS & Dashboard.
