Job Description :
-Project Manager -This position will lead and manage projects.
-Develop project plans and timelines, track and manage project milestones and dependencies
-Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and identify and resolve issues
-Develop or facilitate development of timelines, dashboards and success metrics each initiative or the
-program overall, as required
-Maintain regular contact with the stakeholders, providing the status of project progress
-Evaluate impact due to the changes and propose solutions that minimize disruption to the stakeholders involved
-Ensure that commitments and changes to commitments resulting from the requirements are negotiated with affected groups
-Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing phase
-Foster a high-performance, innovative and sustainable IT organization
-Minimum Requirements Minimum education: College degree Desirable education: Advanced degree preferred
-Certifications: preferred
-4-8 years experience in project management/IT consulting role.
-Delivering multiple and complex projects across various Enterprise functions
-Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
-Ability to manage stakeholders independently
