Major Deliverable's: 

1. Achieving sales target by acquiring new client relationships

2. To coordinate with the product management and marketing team, for 

effective implementation of strategies for customer acquisition at local level

3. Launching promotions in tandem with overall organizations plan & ensuring 

effective implementation of the same at local level

4. Develop data base of targeted relationships , mapping the assigned market 

and establishing relationships at all levels

5. Competition mapping, keeping a track of competition in the market and be updated on all market trends

6. To identify training needs of the direct sales team and ensure that the direct sales team is trained on all products , policies as well as behavioral skills

7. Tracking direct sales teams incentives and providing inputs to the central team as and when desired.


Specialized job competencies:

1. Knowledge about the products & programs.

2. Knowledge about statutory compliance & local market procedures

3. Knowledge of local customer preferences, geographic nuances and finance peculiarities.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills Should be able to talk and convince the customer both internal and external


Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 7,00,000 PA.
