We are hiring for Sales Trainer for Bangalore

Major Responsibilities:

The role will have the following key responsibilities:

New Hire Training: The trainer will be responsible for understanding and delivering the Sales Training to the learners to ensure that the learning objectives are met.

To ensure all learners successfully develop necessary skills & knowledge to execute their role effectively.

Constantly identify training needs and plan training to meet those needs.

Utilize his/her sales experience to design and implement new and ongoing sales training opportunities throughout the company.

Providing theoretical and practical training to the trainee in classrooms and in field.

Conduct periodical assessments of the learners to ascertain that required standards have been achieved.

Provide feedback to the learners about their performance and counsel them on a regular basis for their learning and growth.

Determines training needs within the organization through effective relationship building with field management to ensure training meet the needs of the field organization.

Conduct Refresher training for underperforming employees as identified by their Department Heads.

Give feedback on the course content and other training materials to ensure that the information learners receive remains relevant, accurate and up to date.

Integrates his/her current field sales skills techniques into the training program OJT to ensure instructor-led training is as realistic to the position as possible.

Maintain all reports related to attendance/marks that learners have scored in tests.

Competencies: -

Good Communication skills, reading and apprehension skills, knowledge of local language is mandatory.

Ability to understand the level of the learners and train accordingly.

Strong presentation and Analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to portray as Role Model
