Job Description :

Core Responsibilities:1.Understanding of the collections policy and effective implementation

2.Ensure all the SLA is been met and adhered to

3.Monitoring & managing X Bucket Portfolio for his specified branch/geography

4.Conducting detailed Reviews with the team (CRE) on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis ensuring targets assigned are met 

5.Ensuring audit compliance is met as per guidelines

6.Track 100% visits been conducted by the CRE and the same is recorded on system

7.Need to ensure the collected payments are deposited and credited into the customers accounts within the specified TAT

8.Ensuring Zero% gap in the review mechanism

9.Need to ensure daily allocation is been done to all CREs and the accounts are uploaded on their respective Hand Held Machines

10.Ensuring that CRE are collecting the correct phone numbers from the field and the same is been collated by their respective TL and send to Call Center / Regional Coordinator

11.Responsible for ensuring all accounts are allocated within the team, area and no contracts are lying un-allocated

12.Sending daily field feedback to State Heads
