Job Description : 
Prepare Monthly dispatch Plan.
Follow up with Dispatch & Marketing Execution departments regarding: 
a)Inspection & clearance.
b)Readiness of material for dispatch
c)Loading of material
d)Transporter Billing & Payments
Follow up with customers for Road permits
Follow up with Dispatch & Marketing Execution to get the dispatch done as per the Scheduled plan.
Raise Transport indent & preparation transport Billing.
Arrange trucks for loading the material
a)Prepare dispatch documents.
b)Arrange inward & outward Road permits
c)Legal requirement of Logistic department.
d)Insurance related activities.
e)Track of trucks and delivery.
f)Collection of RDC thru Escorts.
