Job Description :

To analyse Business and Functional requirement documents and translate them into test scenarios and scripts

To collaborate with the Functional and Development teams to understand the design and functionality of various assignments.

To ensure compliance of project specific testing processes and procedures like loading the test scripts into HP ALM environment.

To ensure high quality test result documents 

To mentor and coach new hires 

Responsible for providing accurate effort estimates 

Performs System Integration Testing, End to End Testing, Report Testing, Interface Testing, Regression testing, Functional testing, Security Testing, Third Party Integration Testing

Reviews scripts of other testers

Updates Process Related Reports and Documents

Supports the UAT teams by providing any information whenever required

Adhering To Company Policies, Rules and Regulations

Following Quality Processes Thoroughly - Checklists, Standards Etc. 

Adhering to Work Timings, Leave Schedules

Qualification and Skills:

Graduate from any stream preferably from science /IT streams

6-8 years of experience in testing all the HR modules.

Min. 2-4 years of strong experience in SAP HR. Preferred experience in US/China/Mexico Payroll.

Experience in ECPY or any integration platform is a plus

HP ALM Advanced level

Knowledge of Programming skills and /or ability to Debug programs 

Experience with automation tools 

Knowledge of QA best practices

Testing certification ISTQB, CSTE / Testing training from a reputed institute

Knowledge on SDLC/TDLC and service delivery models

Exhibit personal qualities like Good communication skills, Commitment to achieve deadlines, Learning attitude, Adaptability and Flexibility

Flexibility and patience in working in a dynamic/challenging environment
